I love Nyx but this app really puts a bad taste in my mouth. It never even opens at all so its pointless to even download it. This needs to be fixed ASAP

This app needs an update. It simply just looks like its had an update in three years. I think everything should be update.

Period. All links lead to a perpetual loading screen. I wish it worked as I love NYX, but the app is crap.

This is horrible.. The last time this was updated had to be in like 2009 or something.. I love NYX but the app needs an update ASAP.

This app doesnt work at all!! It opens up and then nothing. Deleting until its fixed. Looks like the last time it worked was 2011

This is by far THE WORST APP EVER!!!! Its so old and lags big time! Nyx I absolutely love your products but PLEASE update this app. You desperately need it!

I love the products and wanted to try out the app and I was just completely disappointed... Really needs worked on

Nothing really works. I cant even "sign up" via the app. Very disappointed.

This app does not work. I cant get anything to load- new arrivals, best sellers, nothing will load.

The only thing that I can get the app to achieve is opening. After that, whenever I attempt to choose a category, I receive the spinning wheel of doom continuously. Please fix this so that we are able to actually use this app. I LOVE NYX cosmetics, but the app is useless.

Who ever your app designer is they are dumb and you wasted every penny on them making this app for your company. 1) if you cant purchase the products off the app then youre app is pointless. 2) The app barely even works takes forever to upload I can get the face to turn the skin colors I can get the lipstick or the eyeshadow or the make up to appear on anything because it is too slow whoever was the designer of this app is slow minded I can do better! 3) I just cant purchase I want to app that I can purchase I want to be able to look at the make up see how the make up looks on the skintones and all of the above and then purchase what I like but I can even purchase it whats the point I can go on line and do that! If I didnt have to put a star on there you wouldve been a negative thousand stars. Thumbs down 0!
