Nothing works. All I get is the spinning wheel. If you want to keep loyal customers, youll fix this.

NYX is one of my favorite brands and its really quite upsetting that I cant view products on an app like I can for Sephora. Id probably order a bunch of stuff from the app if given the option, since the closest NYX store to me is 20+ miles away! Deeply saddening for makeup lovers!

Just Got the app and all it does is load.....and load Waste of time....update it and make it better..

NYX would be a great app if it wasnt so slow and a simple navigation to purchase makeup and view new products.

I purchased this app since I am a fan of this brand and a makeup lover. This app loads so slow to the point that Im not sure if the functions even work. This occurs with every link I pressed in the app. .

Did NYX release this app for us , your loyal customers ?? Unbelievable.. Really disappointed..pls fix it because we all are waiting for it!

This is the most ridiculous app Ive ever tried to use! All it does is sit there and spin or just shuts down. Its never opened the first time to be able to do anything with it. NYX I know you make enough money to come up with a working, functional app that your customers and clients would find useful!

The interface is designed for the iPhone 4 still. everything is out of date and incredibly slow. Im really disappointed, I was going to use this so I could purchase and view products. I am deleting it now, and theyre losing business.

Doesnt even deserve a one star the app doesnt work it doesnt load just shows the front page and nothing can be viewed :(

NYX is one of my favorite brands, but this app is abysmal. The layout looks like its stuck in 2007 iOS.

Unfortunately the app doesnt work. No matter what I click, I only see the loading wheel... I was not able to see anything but the loading wheel. Just deleted the app.

The try it on feature hardly works. I can change the skin tone, but not the actual color of the product.

I absolutely LOVE all of the NYX products because of the affordable prices and the great pigment. So you can imagine that I was extremely excited to use this app. However, I was disappointed to find that no matter how much I tap the "TRY ON" icon (And every other icon) it will only let me pick a skin color and nothing else. This app has caused me lots of frustration and anger. So... If you want to save yourself the effort and frustration in downloading this app, DONT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!!

App doesnt work at all. When you click on something it just spins!!!!!! Do better NYX!!!!

This app needs to be updated fast! Its visually unappealing for any apple product newer than anything in the 3rd generation. NYX products are some of my favorite, however this app is not!
