I cant get anything to load! Not even Contact Us! Whats the point of an app that does nothing?

Nothing in the app works.

The try it on feature is the only thing on this app that works the how its supposed to. I cant even log in to my NYX account, shop, watch the tutorials, or do anything else the app has to offer. This is so upsetting when you have such love for the products.

Terrible! Nothing works on this app!

After downloading the app, I couldnt open anything on the app. It would just sit and load. I gave up after letting each thing I clicked on load for 10 minutes each. Maybe it just needs an update. Bummer

THIS APP NEEDS AN UPDATE ASAP!!! Im so sad.

Probably hasnt been updated in a solid five years. Subsequently, none of the features function. Also you cant shop off of it at all. Dont waste your time.

Downloaded several times and just wont load and I have an iPhone 6!! Frustrating

NYX you gotta do better with this app. Visually it looks promising when your first download it, but it wont "function" on my phone. Everytime I click on a category the loading wheel of death pops up and spins for eternity. To make matters worse everything freezes if you do get past the loading wheel. Ever since NYX became more mainstream the quality of a lot of your products have gone downhill and that includes the app. Once upon a time it did function ok on the iPhone. Now it doesnt function at all. Tsk, tsk, tsk. You get what you pay for...in this case nothing. : /

Love the brand, hate this app! Every category I pick doesnt do anything. I was at the store trying to pick out colors & products and was hoping to get more info, but gave up.

Not one single function on this app works! Please fix!

Just downloaded to my iPhone and it wont open up This is crap app and I need to work better.

I was so excited to try this app and view all the NYX products and try out the features, but it doesnt work. I cant get anything to load at all Ive tried leaving it open for awhile hoping it just needed to load and still nothing. Why put out an app that doesnt work? If you dont want to bother fixing it then remove it from the store please

This app was not designed for users in mind. Not only does it take for ever to load the products, it also doesnt utilize the entire screen. I will stick to their website if I buy directly from them at all. I get your product is cheap but you dont have to be cheap in your design also. Step your game up and entice people to buy.

This is pure trash. I mean literally like you cant even open up any of the features this app offers. Ive tried signing up FAIL. Clicking on Best Selller FAIL. Like dont get me wrong I love Nyx but the app is worthless and you cant manage to get any use out of it. I suggest they throw this one out, and the creative design and techno team go BACK to the drawing board with this one. Major thumbs down for this one.

Cant even tap on one of the options it stays in the refresh page? Need a new software update ! Make the page look like a iOS 9.2.1 update not the like the first iPhone they came out with ..

The app dont work, and the last update was 5 years ago is like NYX doesnt care about it, they should delete

I downloaded it and proceeded to delete it 1 minute later. Nothing you click on loads. Anything you click on will not load. Its a joke that they even bothered.
